Step 1
Read all about us on our website, check out what other customers are saying in our testimonials section and then fill out a no obligation “Tutor Matching Request Form” on our website and click submit.
Step 2
Once we have received your request we will thoroughly assess your needs and begin examining our network of tutors to identify the best tutor for you.

Step 3
We discuss your needs with our tutor and following this they will call you to discuss your needs and agree times and dates for tuition.

Step 4
Our tutor will ask you to confirm your booking by visiting our website or calling us to make a payment and agree to our terms of service. Only at this point will you have actually entered into a tuition agreement with us.

Step 5
Once we have received your order and payment we will instruct our tutor who will begin tuition at the times/dates agreed between you.

Following the commencement of tuition we will be in regular contact with your tutor to check the tuition is going well and will also proactively call you after the first lesson and following completion of the tuition. Finally we will also be contactable via phone or through our website to deal with any issues which arise ensuring you receive the highest standards of service before, during and after your tuition.
