Carrying out tuition via Tutor Me Limited is easy. Below is a guide to how the process works from start to end. All we ask is that you follow the procedure below to help us deliver a quality service to customers and keep a track of your hours for payment purposes. Step 1 - Customer submits a "Tutor Matching Request Form" via our website or makes a request over the phone. Step 2 - From the information provided by the customer we identify the most appropriate tutor from our network taking into account subject requirements, geographical locations, any special requirements the tutee has and also tutor availability. Step 3 - We contact you to discuss the customers needs and give you the option of contacting the client directly for a discussion. Step 4 - Should you decide you wish to discuss tuition with the customer we will provide their contact details and request that you do this within 24 hours to keep the commitment we make to our customers. Step 5 - Should you agree to undertake tuition for the customer you then need to advise them to make a formal booking via our website or over the telephone. You should also at this point provide us with the times/dates which have been agreed either via email or again over the telephone. Step 6 - Once we have received an order and payment from the customer we will advise you that tuition can begin. Should tuition take place before an order and payment is received Tutor Me Limited cannot guarantee payment to the tutor. Step 7 - On or just before the 25th of each month you should log onto our website and complete a "Tutor Timesheet". Here you need to input details of all tuition carried out since your last payment including customer names, addresses, tuition dates, times and durations. In the case of tutors without access to the internet we can provide paper versions of the "Tutor Timesheet" however responsibility for submitting the timesheet by the 25th of the month lies solely with the tutor. Please note that failure to submit a timesheet could result in your payment being withheld! |
